Docket No. 50-293-LR ASLBP No. 06-848-02-LR October 31, 2008 ORDER Pilgrim Watch has filed a motion seeking clarification of the date for filing an appeal of LBP-08-22, issued October 30, 2008, based largely on the Concurring Opinion issued this date not having been issued on the same date as the Majority Decision.
The date for filing an appeal runs from the date of service of the Initial Decision of the Majority of the Licensing Board (the Board being the Presiding Officer in the proceeding),
absent an extension granted by the Commission, a motion for which would need to be directed to the Commission.
