NO. 50-188/2008-203)
Dear Mr. Whaley:
Thank you for your response of September 25, 2008, to our Notice of Violation issued on
August 29, 2008, concerning activities conducted at your Kansas State University Research
Reactor facility. We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of
10 CFR 2.201. We will examine the implementation of your corrective action during future
inspections.
