Hi Heather, Thanks again for the comments you provided May 15 and for talking with me about the PIIC's objectives and concerns. Attached is a clean version of the latest draft. We've tried to address comments where we could and to the extent is makes sense for the MOU, as we discussed last week. Specifically, we added provision I under Section V in accordance with your suggestion. We've also done some additional fine-tuning with respect to editorial and formatting details - nothing substantive.
Take some time to look it over and we'll plan to talk tomorrow at your convenience... just give me a call.
