By letter dated September 21, 2007 (ADAMS Accession No. ML072710307), NEI submitted a revised NEI 07-01, AMethodology for the Development of Emergency Action Levels (for)
Advanced Passive Light Water Reactors@ (ADAMS Accession No. ML072710311), to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for endorsement. In order to complete our review, the staff has determined that additional information is needed. In addition, several issues with the document need to be addressed before the NRC can consider endorsement. The comments and questions are enclosed.
