NRC-03-08-071 Task Order No. 003 Modification No. 1 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to (1) confirm the verbal authorization given on June 26, 2008 to commence work for the additional inspection findings at River Bend (2) Increase the Contract Ceiling by $9,572.22 from $85,390.86 to $94,963.08 (3) Provide incremental funds in the amount of $14,963.08 thereby increasing the total obligations from $80,000.00 to $94,963.08 and (4) extend the period of performance from June 30, 2008 to July 6, 2008. Accordingly the contract is modified as follows:
Refer to Page 2 of the Task Order No. 3 award, paragraphs (3) and (4) are hereby deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:
"Task Order No. 003 shall be effective from 04/24/2008 through 07/06/2008, with a cost ceiling of $94,963.08. The amount of $90,254.70 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and the amount of $4,708.38 represents the fixed fee.
The amount currently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $94,963.08."
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
