Lamar, Suite 400 Arlington, TX 76011-4125 PURPOSE: This is a public meeting between the NRC and Omaha Public Power District to present and discuss the licensee's performance improvement initiatives associated with a substantive crosscutting issue in the human performance area.
Substantive crosscutting issues are defined in NRC Manual Chapter 0305, "Operating Reactor Assessment Program."
The substantive crosscutting issue was originally opened in the NRC's 2006 annual assessment letter dated March 2, 2007 (ADAMS ML070610601) and remained open through the 2008 mid-cycle assessment (ADAMS ML082460580).
