Hi Heather. Yes, Tommy retired on Friday and did not announce his retirement until that time. However, considering that he had 42 years of Federal service, is was not a big surprise.

I think you will like Rick Plasse. He will be scheduling a trip to the plant in the next month or so and will likely visit with members of the Indian Community at that time - nothing formal, just a meet and greet.

Look forward to talking with you about the MOU.

Okay. I will be in the office next week (except Friday). FYI, we have not officially accepted the LRA as of yet, but expect to early next week. On a related note, Tommy Le retired today. Richard Plasse will serve as the lead POC for NRC - we'll note the change on the MOU. Will let you know who the back-up POC will be as soon as we have identified one.

Hi Heather, Thanks again for the comments you provided May 15 and for talking with me about the PIIC's objectives and concerns. Attached is a clean version of the latest draft. We've tried to address comments where we could and to the extent is makes sense for the MOU, as we discussed last week. Specifically, we added provision I under Section V in accordance with your suggestion. We've also done some additional fine-tuning with respect to editorial and formatting details - nothing substantive.

Take some time to look it over and we'll plan to talk tomorrow at your convenience... just give me a call.
