Hi Heather, Thanks for providing the names for us. Nathan will be contacting you to see if you are interested in participating in other aspects of the audit, like the general site tour and the steam generator replacement project presentation.

I understand that you will be participating in the interview on socio-economics, which includes a discussion of land use and environmental justice. I also understand that Ron Johnson and Shelley Buck Yeagher would like to be observers during the staff's archaeological and historical resources event. I think we can accommodate both of them. I also understand that they are not designated as participants (with special expertise) in the environmental audit and, as such, will not be participating in the staff's environmental review under the framework of the MOU.

Please note that Nathan needs social security numbers for you and the observers to ensure that the applicant is prepared to admit you all to the site. He will need this information no later than COB tomorrow (August 13).

Let's plan to talk again tomorrow about roles and responsibilities during the site audit. I'll have Nathan set up a time for us to call you.

Hi Nathan Attached please find the site audit spreadsheet. I will participate in the Wednesday Aug. 20 1 to 3 PM socioeconomic, land use, environmental justice interview, as these are the areas where I will be contributing to the EIS. If possible, I am requesting that both Ron Johnson and Shelly Buck-Yeagher be allowed to observe the archaeological tour on Thursday August 21. These two Tribal Council members could offer information about the history of archaeological sites in the area.
