October 2, 2008 NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF PETITION TO INTERVENE OF LOCAL 590, UTILITY WORKERS UNION OF AMERICA, AFL-CIO Local 590, Utility Workers Union of America, AFL-CIO (Local 590), hereby notifies the Commission that it voluntarily withdraws its February 5, 2008, Petition to Intervene and
2 related requests for relief in the captioned proceedings.1 This withdrawal is intended to apply equally to each of the other pleadings filed in this proceeding by Local 5
