SUBJECT:
GENERIC FUNDAMENTALS EXAMINATION RESULTS On September 10, 2008, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) administered the generic fundamentals examination (GFE) section of the written operator licensing examination to employees of your facility. Enclosed with this letter are copies of both forms of the examination, including answer keys, the grading results for your facility, and copies of the individual answer sheets for each of your employees. Please forward the results to the individuals along with the copies of their respective answer sheets. A P in the RESULTS column indicates that the individual achieved a passing grade of 80 percent or better on the GFE, while an F indicates that the individual failed the examination.
