FW: Indian Point Groundwater Report Here is a major inspection report (covering the event from its start in the fall of 2005 until now) recently completed by Region I on Indian Point's groundwater issue. It is a publicly available document.
One minor violation related to the QA of media samples was noted. The report stated that there are no public health and safety issues or impact to the environment.
