Indian Point 2 power uprate on 3/7/90 Drew, this amendment is in ADAMS (ML003778412). It states on p. 25 that an EA and FONSI were done and posted in the Federal Register on 12/6/89 (54FR50459). The Internet FR only goes back to 1994. I think our law library (OWFN 15th floor) keeps the old FRs.
