SUBJECT:

Their responses concerned the implementation of security upgrades as directed by the Order and Additional Security Measures (ASMs) for Limerick Generating Station ISFSI. These upgrades are now complete. The licensee is tentatively scheduled to have their initial movement of spent nuclear fuel in early 2009. Based on our review, we have determined that the Limerick Generating Station Physical Security Plan has met the performance objectives and general requirements outlined in Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations 73.51 and the ASMs. This will be verified by the conduct of on-site inspections.
