Reportable Fitness For Duty Events Under 10CFR26.73:

None.

Management Actions:

One short term contractor tested positive for Marijuana during a Pre-Access collection. They were denied access to the plant.

Test Results:

Ameren UE Callaway Nuclear Plant performs random testing of the workforce at an annual rate of at least 50% in accordance with 10CFR26.24.a.2. For the six months beginning January 1, 2008 and ending June 30, 2008 random screens were performed at a rate of 26.0% of the population.
