To facilitate your review of the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station Unit 1 License Renewal Application (LRA) Environmental Report, AmerGen is submitting certain environmental information that your staff requested following the TMI License Renewal Environmental Audit, which was conducted April 28, 2008 through April 30, 2008. The documents being submitted are divided into two groups. Enclosure A contains information for which no exemption from the 10 CFR 2.390 public disclosure requirement is requested. Enclosure B contains information that AmerGen requests be withheld from public disclosure due to its proprietary and sensitive content. An index for both enclosures is included as Enclosure C.
Because the information enclosed with this letter is being submitted under oath and affirmation, AmerGen requests waiver of the requirement in 10 CFR 2.390(b)(1 )(ii) for a separate affidavit to accompany the request for withholding associated with the information within Enclosure B.
Within both Enclosures'A and B, some of the information consists of documents not prepared by AmerGen or its contractors (i.e., "Non-AmerGen" documents), and AmerGen did not control development of such documents. Accordingly, while AmerGen believes the information in these documents to be accurate and complete, we have not verified this and

June 10, 2008 Page 2 of 2 cannot make any specific representation as to its accuracy or completeness. The first page of each such document and its entry in the index (Enclosure C) are marked with the designation "Non-AmerGen."
