VERMONT DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SERVICE ATTENDANCE DURING HEARINGS AND NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT On July 1, 2008, the ASLB issued an Order re Evidentiary Hearing Administrative Matters. In that Order in Sections D(2) and (3) the Board asked for a list of counsel, authorized representatives, and witnesses who will be attending the evidentiary hearings, and a copy of each nondisclosure agreement signed by any of these individuals. By this filing the Vermont Department .ofPublic Service fulfills this requirement.

  • Attending the evidentiary hearings will be counsel for the State of Vermont, Sarah Hofmann and Anthony Z. Roisman. The State Nuclear Engineer, Uldis Vanags, will be attending some of the hearings when not attending the NRC inspection of the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station that will be occurring the same week as the evidentiary hearings. All three individuals for the State of Vermont have signed the nondisclosure agreements. Copies are attached.
