- Dave, A slight hiccup in date of this trip. Trip is actually August 26 and 27. and not August 13. Would it be possible to give the staff a bit more time to prepare the briefing package than what is tracked on the EDO G20080459.
Thanks the Megan for point out the hiccup.
I have attached the draft agenda as it stands today, Rick Skokawski has been in contact with me, as has George Johns from the State.

George Johns, Supervisor Radioactive Materials Unit 651-201-4530 9:00- am 12:00-Site Tour of Mayo Clinic in Rochester [Medical applications of radiation, including nuclear medicine facility and radiation therapy (brachytherapy, high dose rate afterloader, gamma knife)]. Commissioner will be accompanied by Agreement State personnel during the tour.
(Lunch with Agreement State personnel and Mayo Clinic staff at the Mayo clinic dinning room. - Informed that NRC needs to pay its share)
Drive back to Minneapolis (about 80 miles) for Northwest flight 1931 at 5:06 pm to Dulles or leave Rochester on a non-contract Northwest flight 5683 at 3:25, change planes in Minneapolis to the 5:30 Northwest flight 1931 and arrive Dulles
,about 8:37 pm.
Drive back may be cheaper and avoids at least one possible flight hiccup.
