This letter confirms the conversation between Mr. James Smith of your staff and Mr. James Baptist on July 1, 2008, concerning a Category 1 meeting which has been scheduled for July 31, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. (EDT). The meeting notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed. The purpose of the meeting, scheduled at your request, is to discuss the performance and enhancements at your Sequoyah Nuclear Plant.
