OF THE DRESDEN JULY 1, 2008, NON-PUBLIC MEETING TO DISCUSS END OF CYCLE SECURITY PERFORMANCE FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2007
Dear Mr. Wozniak:
On July 1, 2008, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) held a Non-Public Meeting at the Dresden Nuclear Power Station in Morris, Illinois. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the NRC End-of-Cycle assessment of Dresden Nuclear Power Station security performance for the 2007 calendar year.
Mr. Eric Duncan, Chief, Plant Support Branch, Division of Reactor Safety, Region III, opened the meeting with an introduction of NRC staff, the reason for the meeting, and a review of the NRCs Reactor Oversight Process. Mr. Duncan then discussed the Dresden Nuclear Power Station Security Performance for the 2007 calendar year and provided the licensee with an opportunity to provide any response and remarks.
Mr. Duncan then adjourned the meeting.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter and the attendance listing will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records System (PARS) component of NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS), accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
