On June 30, 2008, the Vermont Department of Public Service filed a request for clarification and/or request for leave to file a separate brief.1 This Memorandum will clarify that the Vermont Department of Public Service may file separate initial and responsive briefs on the issues identified in the Boards June 27, 2008 Order.2 FOR THE ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING BOARD3
