- Fred, Attached is the staff's proposed position on the applicability of the 10-hour break provision to unscheduled call-ins. Note that we are taking the position that licensees may not apply the with-in shift break provision, for any work group. The first attachment provides this position and suggested text for an e-mail to Jack Roe. The second attachment provides the staff's less substantive and editorial comments on NEI 06-11, Rev D.
