Enclosed is a revision to the Big Rock Point (BRP) Plant Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) Security Plan. Enclosure 1 contains a description of, and rationale for, the changes. Enclosure 2 contains the revised Plan sections and Appendices.
Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (ENO) has determined that the changes contained in these revisions do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the BRP Security Plan.
Accordingly, this revision is submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2).
Information contained in the enclosures to this document has been classified as Safeguards Information. Therefore, ENO requests that this information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21 (c).
Summary of Commitments This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
