Cook Nuclear Plant Unit 1 and Unit 2 SENIOR MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION CHANGES IN THE NUCLEAR GENERATION GROUP The purpose of this letter is to inform the Nuclear Regulatory Commission of changes in the organization at Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant.
Please update distribution lists to reflect the following changes.
Mark A. Peifer, the current Site Vice President, has been named as Vice President Generating Assets-Indiana Michigan Power, outside of the Nuclear Generation Group.
He will report to Mark McCullough, American Electric Power Senior Vice President, Fossil and Hydro Generation.
Lawrence J. Weber, the current Director of Plant Engineering, has been named as the new Site Vice President. Q. Shane Lies has been named as the new Director of Plant Engineering. The transition will be complete by June 1, 2008.
