Currently pending before the Licensing Board are several Pilgrim Watch motions concerning certain testimony and proposed new evidence relating to Pilgrim Watch Contention
- 1. The Board will consider all such motions to be ready for its final consideration and ruling on Tuesday, June 3, 2008, and intends to rule on them prior to the current June 9 deadline for proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law on Contention 1. Therefore, if Pilgrim Watch wishes to file a reply to the May 27 Responses of Entergy and the NRC Staff, and if Entergy and Staff wish to file any further responses to Pilgrim Watchs motion of May 27, these shall be filed no later than Monday, June 2, 2008.
