NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION (NRC) RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE RESPONSE TO NOTICE OF VIOLATION - TURKEY POINT
Dear Mr. Stall:
This correspondence is in response to your letter, received by the NRC on April 21, 2008, requesting an extension of the response time to the notice of violation (NOV) dated April 9, 2008.
The NRC Office of Enforcement (OE) has determined that your request is reasonable, in light of the number of records requested in Freedom of Information Act/Privacy Act (FOIA/PA) 2008-0189. The new date that your response to the NOV is due will be 120 days from the issuance of FOIA/PA 2008-0189.
This letter is being re-issued to properly reflect an issue date. The previously, issued letter was signed on May 5, 2008.
