Pat, We have a couple of simple questions and one request that may take some time so I wanted to get it to you ASAP.

When do you currently anticipate that the revised PSDAR will be submitted?

When did you send the request for the private letter ruling to the IRS?

Pease provide for the years 1997 to 2007 the following information about the decommissioning trust funds for Zion Units 1 and 2. It is OK to combine qualified and non-qualified funds, but keep Zion 1 accounts separate from Zionr2.

1. The opening balance in the decommissioning trust funds.

2. Any principal deposit.

3. The amount of net interest dollars earned reflected after taxes are paid, management fees or other withdrawals.

4. The closing balance.
