The following 4 items pertain to WPI Reactor License R61:

1. Item-2A, line-3: change the spelling of "Polytchnic" to "Polytechnic".
2. Item-2B 1: remove comma between "10, CFR".
3. Item-2C3, section on Physical Security Plan: To reflect an updated revision to 10 CFR, change the citation from "10 CFR 2.790" to "10 CFR 2.3 90".
4. item-2B4: delete this item in its entirety. Rationale: WPI no longer possesses any HEU fuel, including any in fission chambers.

The following 3 items pertain to WPI Tech Specs, Version April 10, 2008:

5. Change the page numbers to begin page-1 on TS 1.0. Pages prior to TS 1.0 will be in roman numerals.

Change the Table of Contents to reflect these page number changes.

6. TS 2.1, Safety Limits: In the section on Water Level, after the first sentence, add the text "The pool water level detector and alarm will be operational, with the alarm set-point being a water level drop of less than or equal to 1 foot. The pool water level detector and alarm may be by-passed provided a licensed senior reactor operator is present in the facility".

7. TS 5.2, Radiataion, Health, and Safeguards Committee: In the first sentence, insert the phrase "and procedures" after the phrase "affecting reactor safety".
