SOUTH TEXAS PROJECT, UNITS 1 AND 2 - WITHDRAWAL OF A REQUEST FOR CHANGE TO EMERGENCY PLAN (TAC NOS. MD7378 AND MD7379)
Dear Mr. Sheppard:
By letter dated November 5, 2007, STP Nuclear Operating Company (STPNOC) proposed a revision to the South Texas Project (STP) Emergency Plan to increase the amount of time allowed for the Nuclear Engineer to augment the on-shift Emergency Response Organization in the event of an emergency. The proposed change would have modified the STP Emergency Plan. Subsequently, by letter dated April 30, 2008, STPNOC withdrew the request for an Emergency Plan change.
The purpose of this letter is to advise that the above-cited application is being treated as withdrawn.
