The Staff wishes to inform the Board of the following developments in Mr. Geisens criminal proceeding. On April 22, 2008, the federal district court judge denied David Geisens motion for judgment of acquittal or, in the alternative, for a new trial. Sentencing is now scheduled for May 1, 2008.
