RE: Pilgrim Watch Motion Re Pilgrim Watch Motion Requesting the Record be Held Open Noting a discrepancy as to dates. Your email indicates a transmittal date of April 9, 2008, and the attached Motion also indicates a date of April 9, 2008. However the attached Certificate of Service contains what appears to be an incorrect date.
It states service on "March 17, 2008".
Paper copies of the Motion and Certificate of Service subsequently received reflect the same discrepancy as to dates (envelope indicates a U.S. Postal date of April 12, 2008).
