ISSUANCE OF ORDERS IMPOSING ADDITIONAL SECURITY MEASURES AND FINGERPRINTING FOR UNESCORTED ACCESS FOR SEABROOK STATION INDEPENDENT SPENT FUEL STORAGE INSTALLATION This is to inform the Commission that Immediately Effective Orders will be issued on or about May 7, 2008 to the above captioned licensee, requiring compliance with Additional Security Measures (ASMs) associated with Physical Protection and fingerprinting for unescorted access to the Seabrook Station Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation. (EA-08-144).
The State of New Hampshire will be notified.
