Dear Mr. MacMurdy:
As per our conversation yesterday regarding the import license 1W024 of waste from D.C. Cook Nuclear Power Planr being imported to Areva in Lynchburg, VA and transferred to EnergySolutionslDuralek facility in Oak Ridge, TN for processing and disposal. Residues from processing this waste willbe attributable to EnergySotutions and disposed of at the Clive UT burial facility.
