DPR-42 and DPR-60 Supporting Information for NRC Review of Application for Renewed Operating Licenses By letter dated April 11, 2008, the Nuclear Management Company, LLC (NMC) submitted an Application for Renewed Operating Licenses (LRA) for the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant (PINGP) Units 1 and 2. The complete LRA, including the Applicant's Environmental Report (ER), was contained on a compact disk formatted for entry into ADAMS.
To assist the NRC review of the LRA, an information-only paper copy set of License Renewal Boundary Drawings is provided as Enclosure 1 to this letter. These drawings have been annotated to illustrate the system and structure scoping boundaries which are described in the text of the LRA. The drawings are not a part of the LRA.
In addition, for the convenience of the NRC staff, NMC is providing the following items for information only directly to the NRC License Renewal Project Manager:
Four paper copy sets of the LRA (including ER)
Four paper copy sets of the License Renewal Boundary Drawings Eighty (80) CDs (reviewer version) containing the LRA (including ER), Scoping Boundary Drawings, and Updated Safety Analysis Report (Revision 29) (USAR).
The CDs contain hyperlinks within the application and between the application and the USAR and Scoping Boundary Drawings. The USAR and Boundary Drawings are included to facilitate the review of the LRA, but are not part of the application.

Document Control Desk Page 2 Copies of the reviewer version of the CD are also being provided directly to the NRC Region III Office, the NRC Senior Resident Inspector, and the NRC Operating Reactor Licensing Project Manager.
