Dear Secretary Vietti-Cook:
In accordance with the April 1, 2008 order issued-by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board in ASLB Proceeding No. 07-858-03-LR-BD01, New York State hereby submits this e-mail to the Hearing Docket. In that order, the Board requested that all petitioners forward copies of emails received on March 21, 2008 from WestCAN to the Hearing Docket email address.
Here, and in the email which will immediately follow this one, the State of. New York submits copies of the emails it received from WestCAN on the aftemoon of March 21. Although I forward only one set of emails, please note that all attorneys of record for the State of New York received identical emails from WestCAN.
According to the Board's Order, the State of New York has already sent, via a separate e-mail, the answers to the Board's questions concerning WestCAN's Exhibits H and I.
