(RCCA), Public Health and Sustainable Energy (PHASE), Sierra Club - Atlantic Chapter (Sierra Club), and New York State Assemblyman Richard L. Brodsky Reply Brief in response to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Order of March 7, 2008.
