ISSUANCE OF ORDER MODIFYING LICENSE TO ALLOW FOR CONVERSION FROM HIGH ENRICHED URANIUM FUEL TO LOW ENRICHED URANIUM FUEL This is to inform the Commission that an Order modifying License No. R-106 will be issued on or about April 7, 2008 to the Oregon State University, authorizing the possession of Low Enriched Uranium (LEU) fuel to support their conversion from High Enriched Uranium (HEU) fuel to LEU fuel.
