Dear Mr. Gasser:
This letter is to inform you that as of April 7, 2008, Mr. Richard A. Jervey is assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions Project Manager (PM) for Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2 (Farley), and Vogtle Electric Generating Plant, Units 1 and 2 (Vogtle). Mr. Robert E. Martin will continue to serve as the backup PM for Farley and Vogtle, and will continue to serve as the PM for Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2 (Hatch). Mr. Siva P. Lingam will serve as the backup PM for Hatch.
Please include Mr. Jervey for Farley and Vogtle, and Mr. Martin for Hatch on your distribution to receive all licensing correspondence. Also, please remove Ms. Karen Cotton who was PM for Farley and backup PM for Hatch, and Mr. Lingam who was PM for Vogtle, from your distribution.
