At the prehearing conference in this matter on March 12, 2008, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board asked Entergy to inform it of the date by which it would serve its answer to amended contention TC-1, 1 submitted by petitioner Riverkeeper on March 5, 2008.
In this regard, Entergy advises that it will file its answer on March 31, 2008; March 30th, the 2 5 th day permitted for such answer in accordance with 10 C.F.R. § 2.309(h)(1), is a Sunday, and, therefore, as permitted by 10 C.F.R. § 2.306, Entergy will file its answer the next day.
