Archie to Document Control Desk, Supplemental Response to NRC Generic Letter 2004-02 dated February 29, 2008, RC-08-0031 The referenced document provided South Carolina Electric & Gas Company's (SCE&G's)supplemental response to Generic Letter (GL) 2004-02 on February 29, 2008. The statement in the referenced letter that there were no regulatory commitments did not reflect the intention of SCE&G to apply for Alternate Source Term (AST), as stated on page 75 of the attached response.In Section 3p of the attachment to the February 29, 2008 submittal, SCE&G stated its intention to submit an application for AST. SCE&G has determined that the projected licensing submittal for AST should have been identified as a regulatory commitment in the referenced letter.Therefore, SCE&G is submitting this letter to identify one regulatory commitment due to GL 2004-02 response.
