The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has received the calendar year (CY) 2007 Annual Report for the N.S. Savannah submitted by the United States Maritime Administration dated February 28, 2008. The staff has determined that the CY 2007 Annual Report meets the reporting requirements of Technical Specification 3.4, 10 CFR 50.59(d)(2), and 10 CFR 50.75(f)(1).
