In Reference (a), Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant (CCNPP) submitted the Fourth Ten-Year Inservice Test Program for Safety-Related Pumps and Valves, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55a(t)(5)(i). The Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff requested additional information that was needed to support their review of the submittal (Reference b).
As a result of our response to the request for additional information (Reference c), a subsequent conference call was held on February 14, 2008 between Nuclear Regulatory Commission and CCNPP staff to clarify the intent of the CCNPP response.

10 CFR 50.55a(b)(3)(i) - Quality Assurance (Note: The applicable paragraph reference for OM-Code-2004 Edition is ISTA-1400.)
10 CFR 50.55a(b)(3)(ii) - Motor-Operated Valve Testing (Note:
See IST Program Plan Section 5.1.1 and GV-RR-02 for implementation of Code Class OMN-1.)
10 CFR 50.55a(b)(3)(iv) -Appendix II (Note: See IST Program Plan Section 5.3.5.)
10 CFR 50.55 a(b)(3)(v) - Subsection ISTD (Note: The applicable Edition for the Fourth Ten-Year IST Interval is ASME Section XI, 2004, IWF-5000, per Reference a).
