Mannaement Actions:

One short term contractor tested positive for Marijuana during a Follow-up collection.

Their access to the plant was denied.

Test Results:

Ameren UE Callaway Nuclear Plant performs random testing of the workforce at an annual rate Of at least 50% ih accordance with 10CFR26.24.a'.'2. For the six months beginning July 1, 2007 and ending December 31, 2007 random screens were performed at a rate of 27.0% of the population.
