Procedures related to the BACC program.

List of all CRs initiated associated with boric acid corrosion control dating back five years (2/1/03) - in electronic spreadsheet format if possible - include date initiated and closed, significance level, status, title/short description (electronic copy - CD format preferred). (key word search suggestion: BACC, BACCP, boric acid, RCS leak, DNAP 1004). Both units.

List of all boric acid corrosion control program (BACCP) evaluations completed during past five years (2/1/03) - in electronic spreadsheet format if possible. Both units.

BACCP POC and contact number for both units.

List of all completed QA audits and self-assessments on Millstones BACCP dating back five years.

Listing of any other document or source that can assist us in assessing the health of your BACC program.
