This is to inform the Commission that a Greater than Green finding as determined through the Significance Determination Process (SDP) of the Reactor Oversight Process (ROP) will be issued on or about February 11, 2008, to Exelon Generation Company, LLC. This action involves inattentive security officers and the staff determination that the licensee failed to effectively implement its behavior observation program. The details of this event are considered sensitive security-related information and are provided in inspection reports 05000277/2007405 and 05000278/2007405, which were withheld from public disclosure.
It should be noted that the licensee has not been specifically informed of the enforcement action. The schedule of issuance and notification is:
