The NRC Annual Assessment Letter for 2007 (dated 3/2/07) credited Dominion with recognizing and taking actions to address a cross-cutting theme (PI&R evaluations). Please provide associated CR, action plan, status, and current trend data.
- 25.
How often does operations make containment entries at power? If routine entries made, who generally goes in and what is the process for joining the entry party? Are there any planned containment entries for the week of 2/11 or 2/25?
Also, please inform team leader of any unplanned entries that may arise during our onsite weeks.
