- Geoff, The Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation staff concurred on the Arkansas Nuclear One (ANO) Task Interface Agreement (TIA) 2008-001 on January 29, 2008, with the following minor changes:
- 1. Page 1, Subject Line: Please add "(TAC Nos. MD7908 and MD7909)"
- 2. Page 1, Paragraph 1, Line 11: Please change "...Specification..." to
"...Specifications..."
- 3. Page 1, Paragraph 1, Line 16: Please change "Region IV request a technical evaluation...." to "Region IV requests NRR concurrence on the Region's technical evaluation..."
- 4. Page 3, Paragraph Titled "NRC Staff Position", Last Sentence: Please replace "Furthermore..." with "Therefore..."
