Re: Latest on AMAG at Braidwood

Folks, I find the message below a bit odd. Cantera was penalizing Braidwood for not using AMAG. As you may recall from the licensee's root cause determination on decision making, one item related to stress or pressure from the corporate office ..... this seems like they haven't learned their lesson .... I plan to discuss this with site management during my routine call this week.

Today the plant announced that Cantarra had finally agreed to reduce the rating of the Braidwood units to reflect that AMAG was no longer in use. For the last few months the corporate office has been penalizing the plant' for not meeting their megawatt generation goal because they had failed to put AMAG back in service.
