DROP-IN VISIT FROM FPL (Seabrook)
On January 17, 2008, Samuel Collins, David Lew, Marsha Gamberoni, John White and Art Burritt met with FPLs Gene St. Pierre, Site Vice President, Paul Freeman, Plant Manager, Rick Noble, Engineering Manager, Ed Metcalf, Operations Manager and Mike OKeefe, Supervisor Regulatory Compliance.
During the meeting the following topics were discussed:
Site Excellence Plan including transition to a fleet organization and standardization of key processes Station Focus Operation Focus Engineering Focus The visit began at 1:00 pm and ended at 3:00 pm. A meeting handout was provided by FPL and is enclosed with this memorandum.
