("Entergy") hereby supplements its disclosures as follo'ws. Entergy is providing to each party and to the State of New Hampshire, by separate cover, one (1) compact disk. This disk contains subsequently obtained or developed non-proprietary documents identi fled as relevant to the admitted contentions. In addition, one (1) disk containing documents that contain proprietary information is being provided to NEC and DPS pursuant to the Non-Disclosute Agreements executed by these parties.
