We have received your 12/27/07 letter (ADAMS Accession No. ML080030051), informing us of the subject issue. Your letter states that the current operating cycle (Cycle 24) contains only GE14 fuel, and that the algebraic sum of absolute value PCT changes since the last analysis of record is 45 degrees F. On the basis of 10 CFR 50.56(a)(3)(i), you are proposing no action.
